Ho provato una di queste app per l'ansia. Funziona bene per calmarti alle 3 di notte quando sei solo. Ma manca il calore. Un algoritmo può simulare l'empatia con le parole giuste, ma non ha mai pianto e non ha mai sofferto. Alla fine, ti accorgi che stai parlando con uno specchio intelligente, non con un'altra anima.
