Using "generative design," this AI analyzes thousands of variables—sunlight, wind patterns, material strength—to create buildings that are stronger, lighter, and produce zero waste. This is the incredible promise of AI in Construction.

But then, imagine this same AI is programmed only by the old, "buggy" system. Its primary metric is not "human well-being"; it's "Maximize Profit Per Square Foot." The AI logically calculates that windows are expensive, community green spaces are "wasted" land, and the most "efficient" design is a tiny, concrete, soulless box.
