This is the incredible promise of AI in Construction.
But then, imagine this same AI is programmed onlyĀ by the old, "buggy" system. Its primary metric is not "human well-being"; it's "Maximize Profit Per Square Foot."Ā The AI logically calculatesĀ that windows are expensive, community green spaces are "wasted" land, and the most "efficient" design is a tiny, concrete, soulless box.
